Causes and elimination methods of roughness difference of machining workpiece in Centerless grinder

The reasons for the fault of poor roughness and obvious vibration marks of coreless grinding workpiece and its elimination methods are as follows:

 

1, the spindle dynamic balance precision is poor, should be readjusted, into the action balance detection and repair.

 

2. If it is confirmed that the clearance of the spindle and bearing is too large, it should be readjust. The clearance of the front bearing is 0.008mm, and the clearance of the rear bearing is 0.012mm. 

 

3, the table oil is too much or too little, should adjust the guide oil to the right amount, with the guide oil on the table wet but not dripping.

 

4. If the static balance of grinding wheel is not qualified, do a good job of static balance of grinding wheel, and do secondary static balance if necessary.

 

5. If the dressing thickness of grinding wheel is inconsistent, the grinding wheel should be redressed to make the grinding wheel moderate in thickness and fineness.

 

6, the feed quantity is not more than 0.02mm, and divided into rough grinding, fine grinding.

 

7, machine tool vibration source should be eliminated: table impact, table rack, gear meshing gap is too small, near the machine tool vibration source, etc..

 

Conclusion: Centerless grinding machine processing workpiece grinding wheel, workpiece, regulating wheel center at the same plane is more appropriate
